Berkley Suites
The Berkley Suites is a beautiful, brand-new two-story house located on the same property grounds as the Berkley Manor.
Located directly across the street from Silver Lake, the Suites features stunning sunset views throughout the west side of the home, making your visit to Ocracoke that much more memorable. In close proximity are the Swan Quarter and Cedar Island ferry terminal and the heart of Ocracoke Village. The Suites’ ideal location makes transportation to and from Ocracoke more convenient and allows you to spend more time enjoying what you love about the island.
The house is divided into three separate units with one shared common area, kitchen, and elevator. The layout works well for large groups and has been popular among wedding parties, retreats, and family vacation rentals. Wedding couples should inquire about the block booking option. The Suites are available for accommodations rentals year-round. A three-night rental is required, and rates vary depending on the season ($450-$950/night).
